***Generator Feeder Question***

Looking to get your opinion on the designation of the wiring from the main line circuit breaker mounted at the generator that extends through a service entrance rated transfer switch to a residential panelboard.  Would you consider this cable as a main power feeder enabling the use of Table 310.15(B)(6)?  Under generator power, this wiring would be the only wiring energized to feed the residence.

For example, would #2 aluminum SER cable be permissible to be installed from the main line circuit breaker on the generator to a service entrance rated transfer switch which then extends to a residential panelboard?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you

Adam
